Mask Confidence and Search Drill
Cold Spring Fire Company No. 1, November 14
CSFC interior members, along with new members planning to take FF1, went through a simulated maze with a partner searching for victims. While one group went through the maze another group went through an entanglement prop followed by a wall breach simulator, both were built by LT Fyfe. Successful Rescue of Injured Hiker on Breakneck Ridge

On Friday, September 20th, the Cold Spring Fire Company (CSFC) was dispatched to assist an injured Breakneck Ridge hiker alongside North Highlands Engine Company #1 and Philipstown Volunteer Ambulance Corps (PVAC). Joint Training with Putnam County Hazmat Team Enhances Firefighter Readiness

On Tuesday, September 10th, the Cold Spring Fire Company (CSFC) participated in a joint training exercise hosted by the Putnam County Hazmat Team at the Garrison Fire Department. Cold Spring Fire Company Drill Recap

During our Tuesday company drill, CSFC members had the invaluable opportunity to practice extrication techniques. Members honed their skills in a controlled, hands-on environment by utilizing the "Jaws of Life," cutters, rams, and various other extrication tools from both of our engines.
